The District is planning on building 80-90 units of 100% affordable housing with a preference for teachers and staff. We have heard the concerns of neighbors to the former Flood School site and believe that working together to attempt to establish alternative entrances will make the project more successful for residents and neighbors by addressing traffic concerns.
